Private YouTube videos (those set to "Private" by the uploader) require authenticated access to the uploader's Google account, which KlipTools does not have. Unlisted YouTube videos — those accessible via link but not shown in search results or on the channel page — can generally be downloaded since they are technically public content if you have the link.
This depends on your jurisdiction and what you do with the downloaded content. YouTube's terms of service prohibit downloading content unless a download button or link is provided by YouTube (such as the offline feature in YouTube Premium). A few things can cause a download to fail: the video is private or region-locked, the platform has recently changed how it serves content (which can briefly break compatibility), the video has been deleted, or your network blocked the request.
