KlipTools AI provides online tools for video and audio work, such as video downloading, audio extraction, transcription, compression and conversion. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Every visitor gets a free daily allowance, shared by all tools and limited per tool and per file. Use beyond the allowance is paid with prepaid credits. Credit packs are sold on kliptools.com through an outside payment provider, not on this site, and each pack is valid for 365 days from purchase. The price of each action in credits is shown next to the tool. We may change the allowance, the limits and the prices.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at volumes that could impair the experience for other users
• Not use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the content you create using our tools. We do not claim ownership of any content you process through our Service. Uploaded files are processed and deleted — we do not store, review, or use your content.

Third-Party Content

Our tools may be used to process content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded or processed content complies with the respective platform's terms of service and applicable copyright laws. 5. Video Downloading Disclaimer

7. File Processing

Files uploaded to our Service are:

• Processed on our servers for the sole purpose of completing the requested operation
• Deleted from our servers when the job ends; the finished result is kept for up to 6 hours (tools that run as queued jobs) or about 1 hour (video downloader) so that you can download it, and then deleted
• Not reviewed or shared with third parties, and not kept after those periods
• Transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)

We recommend keeping backup copies of important files before processing them through any online tool.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep our tools available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, updates and improvements, or circumstances beyond our control.
